- Establishing and driving the Information Technology strategy, plan, vision and culture to support and advance business goals.
- Managing and coordinating various activities for IT units; facilitating the implementation of latest technologies, methodologies and best practices.
- Developing and administering IT policies and procedures; ensuring the delivery of quality services and complying to regulations.

Supervising and managing the performance of IT functions and services; participating in team management and team building.
