Role: Recruitment Associate
Work Schedule: Day Shift - PH Time
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati
Monthly Salary: Up to Php 25,000 + benefits
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management or any four (4) year business course.
- At least 2 years solid recruitment experience with complex volume recruitment
- Data organization and storage knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work systematically to achieve numerical target assigned to the role
Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client’s needs and/or queries
- Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments
- o Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needso Research into competitors and market placeo Define job description and document specificationso Identify prospective applicants using a variety of channelso Create an applicant persona (assessment) for each open positiono Conducts thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed applicantso Present shortlisted applicantso Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf
- Build long-term client relationships
- Research and develop recruiting leads
o Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategyo Coordinate with external partners to execute recruitment activities (field recruitment and external tie ups) efficiently and effectively, resulting to a significant increase in the talent pool

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
