We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and has a sharp eye for matching the right talent with the right role. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while enjoying a day-shift schedule, hybrid flexibility, and a supportive people-first culture where you can grow your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding successful hires.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job postings, active sourcing, and headhunting strategies.
- Conduct interviews, candidate profiling, and skills assessments when required.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records through ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver timely, quality placements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (healthcare/BPO/KPO/RPO experience is a strong advantage).
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for connecting people with opportunities and driving business success through talent.
