Job Description
This Role
You’ll be part of the team that keeps our hiring engine running. From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll work closely with our hiring managers to find the right people for the right roles. You’ll manage interviews, track progress, and help make sure candidates have a smooth and respectful experience all throughout. Whether it’s filling high-volume roles or finding that one niche profile—we’ll count on you to get it done with quality and speed.
You’ll also play a key part in making sure our recruitment process stays consistent, collaborative, and aligned with our business goals.
What you will do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networks, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial interviews and endorse qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Coordinate interview schedules, debriefs, and candidate feedback
- Keep systems and trackers up to date for visibility and reporting
- Support onboarding coordination and ensure handoff to HR and operations is smooth
- Join team projects as needed—events, process reviews, and recruitment days

Qualifications
About you:
- A degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years in recruitment—agency or in-house, either works
- You’re confident using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Great written and verbal communication
- You understand recruitment is both numbers and people—and can balance both
