Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruiting medical professionals, particularly those familiar with hospital and clinical placements. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hospital-based and clinical roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Partner with hiring managers and hospital administrators to identify staffing needs and create effective job postings.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, credentials, and suitability for hospital placements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and credential verifications with the client and internal team.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation of candidate progress.
- Stay informed on licensing requirements, healthcare regulations, and market trends affecting recruitment in the medical field.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Familiarity with hospital-based roles and healthcare credentialing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
- Knowledge of medical licensing processes and healthcare compliance.
- Established network of healthcare professionals for faster talent sourcing.
Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)
- Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
- Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
- Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam
