Job Responsibilities – Tax and Compliance Manager
· Monitor filing deadlines to ensure adherence to tax laws and BIR filing deadlines
· Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and relevant attachments for BIR filing
· Monitor and interpret new BIR rulings and developments that have potential impact to the company
· Advise on the tax implications of both domestic and cross-border business transactions
· Handles Transfer Pricing Documentation
· Handles internal and external audits including BIR Audits and other tax cases including documentation, analysis and response preparation.
· Handles BOI, PEZA, and LGU reporting and concerns
· Handles applications for ITH PEZA and BOI registration, validation and extensions
· Manages Internal Audits on Fixed Assets and assists on other related audits
· Monitors Farm in and Farm out application
· Ensures all assets are applied for insurance and coordinate with AP team for proper recording
· Ensures all defective, missing and damaged assets for disposal are properly reported
· Provides Internal and External Audit requirements related to Fixed Assets and Compliances
· Handles monthly fixed assets and depreciation entries and schedules
· Ensures proper implementation of the New ERP system related on Fixed assets and Taxes
Qualification:
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Must be a CPA.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
