Job Description
The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence at all times.
The primary duty of this role is to balance the needs of our Dealers/Game Presenters with the company’s goals and business objectives. Equal importance is placed on maintaining team well-being and ensuring smooth business operations while carrying out floor supervision duties.
Since many responsibilities are ad hoc and often unpredictable, the Team Manager must exercise sound judgment, make effective decisions under pressure, and consistently demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spirit
- Present new ideas, initiatives, and policies to prospective teams
- Work closely with your assigned team/s to deliver results and achieve company targets
- Monitor and analyze employee performance and data
- Manage employee expectations, concerns, and requests
- Foster cross-departmental cooperation and communication
- Effectively utilize internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
- Address and manage disciplinary cases appropriately
- Oversee projects and meet deadlines assigned by direct managers
- Propose and implement initiatives that support departmental and company growth
- Handle ad hoc and unexpected situations with professionalism and adaptability
- Conduct routine floor walks within the studio to ensure smooth operations
- Manage, motivate, and improve the performance of an assigned team/s
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supervisor/Pitboss (required)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold others accountable
- Highly organized and punctual
- Willingness to travel as needed
