Job Description
· Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
· Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line
· Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
· Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies, various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program
· Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates
· Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferred but not required).
· 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
· 1-2 , years of experience in Disability Insurance Program (required).
· Relevant experience in Healthcare and Other Insurance (preferred)
· Familiarity with FINEOS is an advantage
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
· Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.
· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php37,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
