Job Description
Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- 2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.
- A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.
- Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.
- A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Sales Background is highly recommended.

Additional Information
Internal Qualifications:
- Must have FY24 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
- experience in Tech Sales is preferred
