QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical-Vocational Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
- Preferably with TESDA National Certificate (NC II/NC III/NC IV) in relevant specialization.
- Training Methodology (TM I/TM II) certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Has knowledge in making CBLM and CBM
- With prior leadership or supervisory experience handling instructors/trainers is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of TESDA standards, competency-based training, and assessment procedures.
Other Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be adaptable and flexible in managing changes
