What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a skilled Technical Installer ready to lead and innovate. If you value quality work, enjoy team leadership, and want to be part of a company that recognizes technical excellence—this job is made for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough-ins, conduit work, and use of power tools
- Design/optimize PVC, IMC, EMT, RMC conduit pathways
- Execute structured cabling, terminations, testing, and system installs
- Read and interpret construction blueprints
- Lead and mentor assistant installers
- Mount and configure sensors, cameras, control panels
- Program multiple control panel brands
- Conduct system testing, training, and customer education
- Manage on-site tools, inventory, and support basic sales efforts
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Proficient with electrical tools, cabling, and system programming
- Great at reading blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver’s license; open to field travel
- High school graduate (technical certifications are a plus!)

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php16,700.00 per month
