Overview:
As a Technical Lead Operator-mechanical, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities:
In charge of the day-to-day activities of machinery as well as the operator personnel.
Monitors the operation of all equipment and machineries ensuring that it is working as designed as scheduled.
Sustains continuous improvement on equipment in accordance to corporate goals for every instance as needed.
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, weekly/Monthly PMS and replacing components as needed.
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Maintain accurate records of parameters.
Conducts corrective and preventive maintenance on machines based on preventive maintenance schedule as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduated in Engineering/Technical or any related field in mechanical.
Should have knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle and components.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance of equipment and facilities management.
Experienced in cold chain facilities will be advantage.
