The Screening & Selection Analyst is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of Cadet Pilot applicants using psychological measuring tools, such as tests and questionnaires to ensure that the student applicant’s personality, aptitude, interests and abilities are well suited to the mental and psychological demands of a pilot’s career before admission to AAGPH.
Qualification Requirements
- Graduate of Psychology
- Certified Psychometrician
- Has excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- A top-notch relationship builder
