HEADLINE
We are looking for a results-driven and resourceful Headhunter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US client. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sourcing and headhunting, capable of filling both niches, hard-to-fill roles and volume positions across technical and non-technical functions. You will be working on a night shift to support our global client base.
This is a full-time position, office-based (Cebu City), and on night-shift schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen, and engage with candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
- Conduct proactive headhunting for mid to senior-level and highly specialized roles.
- Handle headhunting and sourcing life cycle, including requirement intake, market research, talent mapping, outreach engagement, screening and talent pooling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers or client stakeholders to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles and future hiring needs.
- Provide weekly reports and updates on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and a strong background in candidate pooling and acquisition.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to engage and build strong rapport with American candidates.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Willing to work night shifts to support international recruitment operations and align with global time zones.
- Results-driven, resilient, and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
