Responsible in providing assistance to Sales Department in ensuring proper execution and monitoring of business to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous technical support and technical-issue resolution.
- Provide assistance to Sales Personnel when it comes to technical concerns of clients
- Generate drawings and designs based on clients' concept.
- Modification of designs and functions
- Provide support and technical issue resolution.
- Evaluation of item before delivery
