Experience and Qualifications:
- Associate/Diploma or Bachelors degree holder
- 2 to 5 years' work experiences as Technical, Application, or Cloud Support.
- Experience with ticketing system (any platform), incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Average to strong communication skills due to international colleagues.
- Exposure experience in API monitoring and/or dashboarding (tools) to analyze the performance.
- Hands on experience in Monitoring and logging platforms like Splunk, Grafana, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.
- Knowledgeable or practical exposure in Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) will be advantage.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL / Database scripting's to easily filter data.
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn basic programming
Other details:
- Asking salary above Php 65,000 (gross) subject for negotiation with Hiring Manager.
- Hybrid Setup (1 or 2 days onsite) @ Diliman, Quezon City
- Night Shift - 10:00 pm to 07:00 am (Monday to Friday)
- Project Based (1-year) with complete benefits including HMO (Day 1)
- High potential being promoted to direct/regular/permanent employee within or after the initial contract based on performance.
