Fusion CX is Hiring Call Center Representatives for our Technical Account – Cebu Site.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers - answer questions, solve problems and suggest appropriate workarounds
- Understand network architecture required to support VOIP services
- Provide quick and accurate handling of support interactions – phone, chat, screen sharing & email.
- Apply knowledge of the company's services, VOIP technology and networking hardware and software.
- Handle and resolve customers’ concerns with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism utilizing all available resources
