Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Coordinator to support and optimize our internal technology systems, with a primary focus on Zoho Creator and related tools. This role will be responsible for partnering with our Director of Innovation with building and maintaining workflows, troubleshooting bugs, documenting processes, and supporting company-wide adoption through team training and resource creation.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of real estate operations and technology, has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys translating complex systems into clear, usable tools for agents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with external developers, and ensure smooth integration with third-party platforms.
- Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct live or recorded training sessions for staff.
- Audit data accuracy, monitor system usage, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years in operations, CRM administration, or technology coordination (real estate experience a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator (required) and other Zoho apps (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets; basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript is a plus.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
