- Actively reaches out via call-out/SMS to potential and existing customers daily to offer loan product.
- Processes top up application of the potential customer with high information accuracy.
- Engages potential customer and answers any questions that the customer has regarding the loan. May also offer solutions based on needs and capacities.
- Schedule the appraisal appointment for the applicants and ensure that they appear and bring the complete requirements on the set date and time.
- Track approved accounts to ensure high immediate cash availment rate.
- Updates progress and monitoring reports accurately without any errors.
- Updates customer details (address, contact number, etc.) in the database accurately.
- Proactively reports issues and concerns to Sr. Top Up Officer.
- Provides for reports as needed.
- May be asked to perform special tasks as instructed by Sr. Top Up Officer or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least College level.
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Willing to report in Makati Head Office for 1-month training period.
