Job Description
- Focus on tele-collections and accounts monitoring.
- Timely call/communicate clients about their account status
- Prepare letter of reminders & notices
- Check account balances in EPS
- Attend to customer inquiries on outstanding balances & unpaid MAPs
- Notify the superior and collectors about client's concern and inquiry.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the
- immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of any business course.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to details.
- Can work with less supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php560.00 per day
