1. Telemarketing Sales
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
- Present and promote fiber internet plans, packages, and promotional offers.
- Answer customer inquiries, address objections, and provide accurate service information.
- Schedule customer appointments for installation or field sales visits.
2. Digital Sales & Lead Generation
- Manage inquiries and leads from digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website chat, email).
- Engage with prospects via messaging, video calls, or other online channels to explain service offerings.
- Assist in creating and running targeted online campaigns to drive sign-ups.
- Track conversion rates from digital leads to successful subscriptions.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update the system with accurate customer information and sales status.
- Follow up on pending prospects and nurture relationships for future sales opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
4. Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor telemarketing call results, lead status, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Installation/Operations Team to ensure timely service activation.
- Work closely with Marketing/Sales for campaign materials, promotions, and sales scripts.
- Support community events or on-ground activations when needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or digital sales.
- Experience in telecommunications, ICT, or subscription-based services is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online lead generation.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
