Job Summary:
Join our healthcare team as a Telephonic Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse, where you’ll be responsible for reviewing and managing healthcare services over the phone. This role is ideal for licensed nurses with utilization review or telephonic case management experience, especially those licensed as PHRN or USRN.
Qualifications (Non-negotiable):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Licensed PHRN or USRN
- 2 to 6 years of relevant nursing or healthcare experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (on-site)
- Amenable to work US hours (night shift)
Salary Package:
- 2–4 years of experience: PHP 25,000 – 40,000
- 4–6 years of experience: PHP 40,000 – 60,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic case reviews for patients and providers
- Evaluate patient information for medical necessity and coverage
- Coordinate with providers and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Resolve queries related to care plans or benefit eligibility

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
