Responsible for developing and recommending strategies that preserve the interests of the company as well as sustain tenant’s operations and oversee its execution and implementation. Acts as the company’s primary point of contact for tenant relationship management and fosters a good relationship between the tenants and the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists prospective tenants in site viewing and ocular.
- Negotiates commercial aspects with the prospective tenants.
- Represents the Lessor / Board in closing deals and leases for unit and parking.
- Enforces the Management and Board decisions.
- Ensures that agreed terms and conditions in the Contract of Lease are being carried out.
- Attends to tenants’ concerns regarding the building, billing and any other lease related concerns.
- Executes administrative functions in selection and placement, employee discipline and development, performance management among others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Legal Management, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Leasing/Tenants Relations
- At least 3 year(s) of work experience in a managerial role
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
