Test Lead - Automation

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be a team player with exceptional communication skills. • Work collaboratively in hybrid and agile teams to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives. • Design, create, execute, analyse, manual and automated tests both for ongoing delivery as well as regression testing. • Collaborate on test plans with Product Owners and Business UAT stakeholders. • Write UI test automation scripts using Playwright to enhance the automation coverage. • Support other Test Analysts on their automation scripts and peer review their changes. • Research test tools and complete proof of concept to introduce back into the QA community. • Write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers on fixes. • Execute exploratory testing. • Have access to training opportunities: courses, GoodHabitz & Udemy . • Your responsibilities may evolve to align to business needs and future changes. • Consistent quality assurance practice, processes and procedures. • Agile ways of working with strong collaboration across teams and particularly, development and integration delivery. • Identification of iterative improvements so we adapt, pivot and continually deliver efficient, high-quality
