JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management/Psychology
- Business Administration or a related field
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in HR, particularly in Timekeeping and Employee Services
- Experience with the Attendance Module or other HR-related modules in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
JOB DUTIES ANG RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate registration of worker’s fingerprint/face in Bio-metrics
- On time submission of worker’s requirements
- Ensure the correctness of attendance by implementing the appropriate timekeeping standards for payroll processing
- Ensure timely submission of attendance summary to Timekeeper at Main Office
- Prepare the daily attendance record of all staff & workers
- Update Master List regularly
- Other task that the Management may assign
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
