Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Timekeeping for payroll processing
- Ensures that all employees’ payroll and other remuneration are paid on the scheduled pay days.
- Ensures accuracy in the computation and entry of employees’ payroll
- Check actual head count of workers per groups;
- Monitors manpower movement and checks productivity of manpower on site;
- Is responsible in responding to every employee’s inquiry regarding timekeeping;
- Sorting & Filing of Timekeeping Documents following the ISO Procedures;
- Check and monitor those who loiter/litter/malingering and sleeping during working hours;
- Check and monitor those who are using cellphones during working hours;and
- Attend to instructions given by PIC / PM / Admin;
- Other function as may required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Can do multi-task
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Available to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
