Graduate of any Engineering Degree
With experience as Tooling/Production Manager.
With at least five years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up specializing in production and engineering
Prepare and Operate machine (Machinist and Mold)
Develops, evaluates, and assists in the direction of improving processes for all production activities including evaluation, creation, and revision of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change.
· Manages the production department and ensures smooth flow in achieving company’s quality objectives.
Implement initiatives to achieve team targets relating to Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Manage ongoing cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor costs.
With high skills in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling a Team
Excellent decision-making skills, strong leadership, and communication proficiency.
