Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Marketing, Management or other business-related course
- Knowledgeable on Marketing concepts and Retail Management
- Proficient on MS Office Application
- Creative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Preferably with Professional Driver's License.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares merchandising guidelines such as but not limited to merchant presentations, visual set-ups, promotional pricing and seasonal marketing.
- Coordinates with Store Operation Officers for the implementation of merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct retail store visits to monitor the implementation of merchandising programs to dealers, mega dealers and distributors.
- Performs any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
