- Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Create training materials and manuals, and conduct training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align and confirm the training needed for the staffs.
- Maintain records of trainee progress and achievements.
- Perform other related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
