OVERVIEW:
Responsible for leading and supervising the Training Specialist (TS) and Product Specialist (PS)in implementing training programs and delivering basic technical training to Franchisees and JBS Staff. Develop and execute the regional bakeshop training strategy, assess outcomes, and identify training needs to drive initiatives that support the region’s business sustainability and growth objectives.
Task Description:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates training and learning activities for various levels of bakeshop staff, including supervisory roles, bakeshop personnel, and commissary employees. Collaborates with regional and district managers, as well as franchisees, to assess training needs and schedule training services assistance and arrangements.
- Manages customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction while identifying and addressing any factors that negatively affect the customer experience in the store. Oversees, on-the-spot training interventions to improve bakeshop staff productivity, efficiency and ensure quick resolution of operational issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Leads, motivates, and evaluates direct reports to foster a positive, productive workforce, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals for productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Handles hiring, training, and disciplining of staff, while executing strategies to enhance employee loyalty, satisfaction, and commitment to Julie's values.
- Executes administrative functions and manages the budget for the training program, monitors the performance of Trainers through site visits and feedback, and reviews training modules. Oversees financial processes like liquidation, handle supply requests, track time records, and ensure the preparation and distribution of training materials.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- At least 4 to 7 years of related work experience
- Knowledge and Exposures in areas such as: Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), Knowledge Base Platforms, Micro-Learning Platforms, Digital Adoption Tools, Communication/Presentation, and Baking Skills.
- Advanced degree or certification in training or development is an advantage such as Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), GMP, HACCP, TESDA (NC II Bread & Pastry Baking), BOSH, OSH.
- Willing to travel Mindanao region area
