- Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Driver to safely deliver ready-mixed concrete to various job sites. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, proper discharge of materials, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, while upholding company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load, transport, and deliver ready-mixed concrete as required by project operations.
- Discharge concrete accurately and safely at designated job sites.
- Clean mixer and truck after each delivery to prevent concrete from hardening.
- Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and activities.
- Drive truck safely and punctually to designated unloading sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or repairs needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding schedules, site instructions, and any issues.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with Code 1, 2, and 3 (Code 8 is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment.
- Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS/navigation tools effectively.
- 2–3 years of relevant driving or delivery experience in the construction or logistics industry.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites.
