- Ensure that the team is well-functioning and motivated
- Ensure that there is the right competence within the team and that learning journey are defined- Enabling and supporting the Senior AtR Specialist or PTP Specialist in their roles as First Point of Contact
- Responsible for reviewing and prioritizing upcoming tasks for the team on weekly basis
- Ensure that OWoM meetings are booked for all entities
- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
- Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Monitoring of performance indicators (KPI:s) for entities supported
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
- Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
