QUALIFICATIONS:
-Amadeus Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Amadeus GDS system, including making air ticket booking and reservations, fare management, and managing travel itineraries.
- Amadeus Certification is a plus.
-Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
-Knowledge of Travel Products: Familiarity with airline, hotel, car rental.
-Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when processing reservations, handling customer details, and ensuring proper documentation.
-Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple reservations, inquiries, and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication both verbally and in writing, including the ability to deal with international customers and vendors.
-Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues related to travel bookings, including changes, reissuance of ticket, refunds, cancellations, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
-Computer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
-Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)
-Flexible - willing to work in any shift (Day shift / Middle shift / Night shift)
-Flexible - willing to work in any office (Makati Branch / Laguna Branch)
-2 years of experience working in a Travel agency, particularly using Amadeus Ticketing System
-Experience in data encoding

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with our international network via email and calls
- Data encoding
- Online Reservation Management
- Process bookings via email
- Monitor bookings schedules
- Invoice processing Virtual card payment process
- Directly Reporting to Reservation Manager work with multiple reservations at a time and need to be able to multitask, often work with multiple clients and schedules, so they need organizational skills to remember different customers' preferences, previous reservations and contact information.
SALARY PACKAGE
- On probation rate: starts at Php 18,000 - Php 19,000 (depending on the experience)
- Once regularized: Php 20,000 - Php 23,000
