Treasury Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performs bank reconciliations.
2. Conducts cash counts to various cash funds like Petty Cash Fund, Change Fund, Revolving Fund, Cash Register Sales, Sales Collections, etc.
3. Determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the policies, systems, and procedures.
4. Recommends improvements to the company’s policies, systems, and procedures.
5. Can formulate audit systems and procedures which are necessary in the effective performance and guidance of audit.
6. Discuss with the auditee-employee and/or the auditee-head regarding the audit report and come up with agreed plans to mitigate lapses.
7. Evaluate the degree of audit findings and endorse disciplinary actions for erring employees to HRD
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology/Management Accounting/Financial Management or equivalent
2. At least 6 months experience in Audit/Internal Audit/ or equivalent
3. Willing to travel between ports
4. Flexible personality and can relate to all levels of the organization

- auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
