Key ResponsibilitiesThe Treasury Assistant will oversee cash management activities, monitor financial transactions, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare reports on cash flow, liquidity positions, and investment performance for management review.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking services and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury operations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets by providing insights into cash flow projections and funding requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Treasury management or financial analysis, preferably in the real estate sector.
Skills and Competencies
Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Technical Proficiency (Microsoft applications , Accounting softwares- Quickbooks, Oojeema)
