Job Details:
- Prepares acknowledgement receipts.
- Responsible for filling up documents for opening, updating and closing of bank accounts.
- Sort vouchers for distribution to bookkeepers.
- Prepare, sort and distribute official receipts.
- Sort and file documents for proper storage
- Transmits checks, correspondence and documents to branches, banks, and other business associates.
- Give the checks to suppliers/collectors on days of releasing and ensure the correctness of ORs received.
- Monitors the checks and documents for signature of signatories.
