Job responsibilities:
- Assists the Customer Relations Unit in all the undertakings related to the unit
- Coordinates and handles ad hoc duties on site/head office and ensures proper endorsement to CCRU officer and APMC
- Facilitates communication with the buyers on account status and necessary requirements for the turnover
- Sending of turnover invite through HubSpot, calls, and SMS
- Preparation of the turnover video prior to the scheduled virtual turnover and all turnover documents and paraphernalia prior to the turnover
- Submission of turnover reports and uploading of turnover documents to OneDrive, such as the Unit Acceptance Document, Keepsake, and Buyer Information Sheet
- Submission of lot and parking images report for the issuance of a final technical turnover notice.
- Encode and update Salesforce Activity Logs for turnover-related activities.
Qualification:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Open to fresh graduates but preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in customer service
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and can work during weekends
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- Easily Adaptable
- Willing to start as soon as possible
- Willing to be part of an agency

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
