GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Were looking for a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator based in the Philippines to support our U.S.-based team across marketing, design, events, and internal projects. This is a high-impact, detail-oriented role for someone with polished design skills, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Design and update marketing materials (PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, PDFs) with a clean, modern look
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) for light-to-moderate creative work
- Assist with webinar and event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, reminders, and follow-ups
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to help with content drafting, formatting, and research
- Manage light data entry, file organization, and QA tasks
- Support email marketing and lead tracking workflows experience with HubSpot is a major plus
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with an eye for layout and visual polish

- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zoom, or other marketing/event tools is a strong advantage
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new platforms
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with a U.S. team
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and highly organized
Certifications (Optional):
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Active Directory
