Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 7:00AM - 4:00PM (Mon-Fri)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced US Tax Accountants with expertise in US general accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in US individual, corporate and small business accounting, with the ability to effectively navigate a wide range of software tools and programs. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses, including all associated schedules (1040, 1120S,1120,1065, and 990)
- Prepare accurate tax projections
- Communicate with clients & internal team to obtain tax information
- Ensure accuracy and reasonableness of financial statements
- Reconcile the financials with the tax return
- Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax reports
- Develop systems, processes, and procedures to ensure that our internal workflow tools are optimized
- Assist the accounting team with special projects or new client setups as needed
ABOUT YOU:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any similar 4-year degree
- PH CPA is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Individual and Business Tax preparation is required.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Nice to have, but not required: QBO and Drake
