Key Responsibilities
- Conduct web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients
- Utilize clinical judgment to determine next steps (e.g., schedule, escalate, refer)
- Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Follow established clinical protocols and escalation pathways
Requirements
- Active USRN license, based in the Philippines - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a voice-based, remote environment
