Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily virtual practice operations across telehealth teams
- Coordinate provider and staff schedules to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and healthcare regulations
- Support and streamline provider workflow, including issue resolution and escalations
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a remote team of 10+ virtual assistants
- Track performance metrics and drive process improvements
- Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and leadership for operational clarity
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills
- Proven success managing remote healthcare teams (10+ people)
- Hands-on experience with DrChrono EHR (required)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth telehealth environments
- Ability to lead with empathy while driving accountability and results
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience developing SOPs and operational workflows
- Background in staffing, recruiting, or healthcare service delivery
