Responsibilities
- Respond to Queries and/or Escalations: Communicate with and establish positive working relations with all personnel and members
- Conduct Research: Review order instructions and conduct research for the jurisdictions assigned using the public records index. Assist in the ordering and fulfillment of all court copy requests
- Process Orders and Requests: Enter results into our proprietary systems, either as clear (no information found) or the information found in the court’s predominantly used index as specified per the client’s instructions
- Proactively Communicate: Inform the Team Manager/Supervisor of any current quality or trending issues
- Stay Updated: Must provide updates to Team Manager/Supervisor regarding any delays that would impact our business or our customers
- Help Establish Strong Back-up via Cross Training/Upskilling: Act as a back-up for other CRIM Data Processors and learn multiple workflows for CRIM
- Deliver High Quality Output: Maintain Quality and TAT standards set by InformData
- Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client records and follow strict security guidelines set by client
Qualifications
- College Level
- Previous data entry experience (highly recommended)
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly and accurately document information
- Excellent judgement with ability to report accurate content
- Ability to problem solve complex issues and use analytical skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization
- Ability to multitask and follow assignments to completion with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes as workload and processes change
- Ability to ask questions when further clarification is needed
- Solid accuracy of English grammar and spelling
- Proficiency in data collection and computer applications
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Must complete introductory training
- Ability to work OT with prior notice
