Position: Vicidial Support Specialist
Work Setup: Permanent Work-from-Home or Hybrid (Batangas City Office)

Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Monday to Friday)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Vicidial Support Specialist to manage and maintain our dialer and VOIP systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless technical operations while providing real-time support to both our remote and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support with a focus on Vicidial and VOIP system operations
- Activate caller IPs and update tracking sheets before and during shifts
- Manage DIDs and CID groups (activation, deactivation, replacements)
- Monitor VOIP usage and prepare daily consumption reports
- Promptly troubleshoot VOIP and call-related issues
- Upload, delete, and manage call recordings upon request
- Perform list uploads, remove duplicates, and distribute list results
- Create and manage user credentials; maintain user access logs
- Coordinate with service providers for forecasts, renewals, and support
- Assist agents with equipment troubleshooting related to task execution
- Execute other IT and system-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Vicidial or similar dialer platforms (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, VOIP systems, or dialer management
- Strong understanding of Vicidial, VOIP systems, DIDs, SIP, and IP configurations
- Familiarity with call center workflows and troubleshooting call flow issues
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of access control protocols and data management best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize and resolve live technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Must have a valid NBI clearance
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Equipment Requirements:
- Computer: Laptop/Desktop with Intel or AMD 64-bit processor, minimum 8 GB RAM
- Headset: Noise-canceling computer headset
- Webcam: High-resolution
- Internet: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord, Zoom
