About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Village Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. This role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, well-functioning, and harmonious environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of village security, maintenance, and clubhouse facilities
- Supervise and manage all maintenance and security personnel
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity and water throughout the village
- Monitor ongoing construction projects and coordinate with government agencies and utility providers
- Organize and lead the village’s Emergency and Rescue Team
Working Conditions
- On-site role with hands-on supervision and coordination
- May require availability during emergencies or outside regular working hours
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in facility management, security operations, or community administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with government and utility agencies
- Crisis management and emergency response experience is a plus

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
