About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and confident Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Angeles City. This role suits someone with strong organizational skills, excellent English communication, great attention to detail, and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email handling, and record keeping
- Manage and update records within a CRM system
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and file organization
- Communicate professionally with clients or partners via phone and email
- Support internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
- Adapt quickly to internal tools, processes, and industry-specific systems
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use CRM systems – experience with OPMS is a plus
- Can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City – remote work is not available for this role
- Can start immediately
