The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for creating attractive and effective in-store displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. This role involves leading a team, developing merchandising strategies, and ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in leading and training a team of display officers or visual merchandisers.
- Create and update store layouts, product displays, and window presentations.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align displays with promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure displays are well-stocked, refreshed, and visually appealing.
- Help monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep store visuals fresh and competitive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in visual merchandising in retail
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and work with different departments.
- Good understanding of retail trends and customer behavior.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
