As the Visual Merchandising Officer for Malbon Philippines, you will be responsible for translating the brand’s global visual identity into localized, high-impact retail displays that drive engagement, sell-through, and customer experience. Working closely with store teams and regional leadership, you will plan, execute, and continuously refine visual strategies that align with seasonal campaigns, product priorities, and store performance goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across the Malbon stores.
- Support seasonal rollouts, collection launches, and local activations through compelling display execution.
- Optimize store layout and product zoning based on traffic flow and sales data.
- Coordinate with HQ and local creative teams to adapt global VM guidelines for the Philippine market.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maximise impact of creative content of product and in stores.
- Provide store teams with visual direction and training to ensure consistency and excellence.
Job Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in premium retail, lifestyle, or fashion sectors
- Strong understanding of retail space planning, styling, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Canva (preferred)
- Eye for detail and ability to execute within tight timelines
- Passion for golf, streetwear, or culture-forward fashion is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
