JOB DESCRIPTION
A Waitstaff member plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service in a restaurant or food service setting. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and attentive, with a thorough understanding of the menu and a commitment to cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, on holidays, etc.
- With at least 6 months restaurant experience as waitstaff
- Willing to learn
- Willing to be trained
- With pleasing personality
