WAITRESS
- Attend to all customer needs
- Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
- Take payments from customers
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, credits, or changes due to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and Caculate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
QUALIFICATION:
- At least HRM Graduate or any related course
- Proven work experience as WAITRESS, SERVER, DINING STAFF or CASHIER in RESTAURANT at least 1 year
- Willing to work 11hours shift Daily. (Paid OT)
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Willing to be assign in all our branches ( ROBINSON PLACE MANILA ERMITA and other location in Metro Manila)
- CAN START ASAP
