- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Arrange ICT equipment, devices, and inventory systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and report shortages or damages.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing ICT equipment and materials.
- Ensure that inventory is stored in designated areas following company guidelines.
- Keep track of damaged or faulty equipment and report to the Warehouse Manager.
- Support inventory checks and audits as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and protect ICT assets.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile electronic devices.
- Report any security concerns or unauthorized access to the warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading ICT equipment for deliveries.
- Coordinate with technicians and logistics staff for equipment dispatch.
- Support warehouse staff in stock-taking and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse maintenance, inventory control, or logistics (preferably in an Information and Communication Technology or ICT-related company).
- Basic understanding of ICT hardware and peripherals (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
